PC OMR V9.0 is a leading Windows based forms-processing shareware software for tests and surveys. It is an intelligent testing tool to collect data from optical marks on plain paper forms. PC OMR works with imaging equipment such as scanners, or any most digital camera capable of providing images of at least 640X480. Print a blank form

PC OMR provides many blank forms from which to choose for various purposes. Blank forms can be printed on a laser or inkjet printer (black and white only) and duplicated with a photocopier.
Here is a blank form template.

Testees fill in test forms

Forms can be filled in with pencil, pen or ball pen.

A number 2 pencil is recommended to testees.

Select or create an answer key file

An answer key file is used for grade and statistic. In the file you can specify parameters as follows: answer key, point value for each question, type of form, standard for evaluation, score scale of each letter grade, division score, etc.

To create a file quickly, you can paste an existing answer key list from MS-Excel.

A Testee Name file is used for grade and statistic. In the file you can specify Testee No., Name and Added score.

Read completed forms

PC OMR works with imaging equipment such as scanners, or any most digital camera capable of providing images of at least 640X480. PC OMR can read pre-scanned forms.

PC camera and fast image scanner are recommended.

To unrecognized forms, PC OMR provides an easy-to-use exception correction facility.

Statistic

Once your forms have been scanned and processed, you can save statistical data as a data file. PC OMR provides a complete grade report for test.
You can export data to MS-Excel or MS-Word file format for user to print or conduct further process.
